Maintenance

  • Everyone starts here

Maintenance I

  • Employed for at least 90 days

  • Knows & executes morning setup routine

  • Passes pool cleaning & chemical reporting test

  • Able to self-direct from maintenance project list in Infinity

  • Knows the five Core Values of the Beach Club

  • Recommended by immediate supervisor or HOD

Maintenance II

  • Employed for at least 12 months

  • Knows CDS turn-over projects & can execute them with little supervision

  • Can complete basic plumbing repairs

  • Can complete basic electrical repairs

  • Can complete basic woodworking repairs

  • Can conduct basic troubleshooting 

  • Recommended by immediate supervisor or HOD

Maintenance III

  • Employed for at least 18 months

  • Can troubleshoot and repair plumbing

  • Can troubleshoot and repair electrical

  • Can complete advanced woodworking repairs

  • Can troubleshoot all types of issues (including Ethernet)

  • Recommended by immediate supervisor or HOD

Maintenance IV

  • Employed for at least 30 months

  • Full grasp on all systems in use at the Beach Club and other managed properties

  • Demonstrates a willingness to teach less experienced team members

  • Ability to troubleshoot HVAC and refrigeration issues

  • Advanced troubleshooting skills (can figure it out)

  • Exhibits leadership potential

  • Recommended by majority of others on maintenance team

  • Recommended by immediate supervisor or HOD
